A condition survey records the visible and technical condition of a vessel at a given moment. To prepare, identify the vessel, location, access arrangements, desired attendance time and the areas or condition questions to be documented. Our report is structured around observations made during the agreed inspection and helps parties understand that factual record clearly; any additional technical or legal assessment remains outside the agreed scope unless separately arranged.
